Tapas menu
Every Wednesday night from 4th February 2009.
We continually change this menu but here are some ideas of what we do.
Pollo con Limon
Pan-fried chicken breast, marinated in lemon, garlic and smoked paprika.
Albondigas
Authentic home-cooked beef meatballs in a rich tomato sauce, served with crusty olive bruschetta.
Sizzling Chilli Prawns
Tiger prawns marinated in fresh chilli paprika and garlic, and pan-fried. Served with crusty bread.
Chorizo in Red Wine
Smoked spicy sausage cooked in red wine and parsley. Served with crusty bread.
Scallops in Saffron Sauce
Freshwater scallops cooked in a creamy saffron sauce. Served with crusty bread.
Mussels with Herb and Garlic Butter
Freshwater mussels cooked in white wine and herbs. Encrusted with herby breadcrumb topping.
Tortilla Espanola
Spanish omelette made with organic free range eggs, potatoes and onion.
Seafood Paella
Authentic seafood paella made with squid, tiger prawns, mussels and octopus.

Bar snacks
Duck Rolls
5 shredded duck and spring onion rolls wrapped in crisp pastry, served with a sweet chilli dip.
Tiger Prawns
4 tiger prawns wrapped in crisp filo pastry, served with lime wedges and a sweet chilli dip.
Vegetarian Spring Rolls and Samosas
Classic Indian selection, served with mint raita and chilli sauce.
Nachos Classic
Tortilla chips topped with melted cheese, salsa, guacamole and jalapeño peppers. One to share!
Med Choice
Houmous, tzatziki and mixed olives, served with warm pitta bread.
Chicken Satay
3 chicken skewers, marinated and grilled, served on a bed of green leaves and a peanut sauce.
Mixed Olives and Nuts
A selection of olives and nuts (smoked mixed nuts, cashews and pistachios).
Chips
A bowl of seasoned french fries.
Nuts
A selection of mixed nuts.
